Q: How do I check in?

On check in day, you will take your progress pictures & your weight in the morning and send them to me via Signal as well as your filled out Q&A response, where I will give you any feedback or changes to your plan within the same day!

Q: Can anybody join SusieWFitness Online Coaching?

SusieWFitness is designed for all women AND men, of all ages, from all over the world. The only requirements are that you must be over the age of 16 & have no previous diagnosis of an eating disorder.

Q: When will I receive my plans?

You will receive your first plan on your agreed start date, once your initial joining fee has been paid.

Q: How will I pay each month?

Payment is taken via direct debit, on the 1st of each month. 

Q: How long can I join for?

We have a minimum commitment length of 3 months, but you can stay on Team SusieWFitness for as long as you like!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your direct debit at any time. You will not be charged again and the service will run until the end of your current payment period.

Q: How will you track my workouts?

Your training plan will be sent to you via an online spreadsheet. As you complete each session, please keep track of the weights you have used. This will be reviewed at each check in.

Q: Do I have to count calories?

No! You will be able to choose between calorie tracking, an advised food list or a structure meal plan. However, calorie tracking is recommended, as it is the MOST flexible approach!

Q: Do you give meal ideas/recipes?

Yes! SusieWFitness approved recipes and meals can be found on our client's only website!

Q: Will I need a gym membership?

No! Our training plans are 100% personalised to you. We take into account your experience level, equipment and time, to make the most effective plan for you.
